there are more than 1 universe, when they said its "their" universe they meant exatly that which is "their" universe but not the mainstream one suprema was standing on, it was never stated she left her universe anyway therefor it already cannot be her own universe, if you feel its the future universe of the mainstream one there is no proof to that and therefor that universe is unkown and the feat is invalid.
