No. It's after the novellas which are set thousands of years before Apocalypse.

If you are a fan of the Lost Tribe of the Sith (From FotJ) or the ancient Sith I'd certainly read them. Otherwise I'd say there is better material out there. However, they are free so that is also something to consider.
