Warpath is more powerful, but Captian Britian (I belive ) has the edge on durability (in the land of England) due to mystical forces. IMO the win wiould go to Warpath.

I remember reading a issue of Uncanny where he couldn't move a slab of concrete by himself.

That hasn't been the case for a while. Captain Britain's powers are dependent on confidence now (although Remender may have done away with this) rather than proximity to his homeland.
