Tool by a monumental landslide. Their musical ability is way better, not to mention the way they change the tempo of their songs on the fly in mid song. Maynard and Dany are two of the best easily.

You underestimate Muse. They have a very original, versatile sound and they are also very experimental with music structure and tempo etc.

Nothing beats Invincible, Butterflies & Hurricanes, or New Born.
