I do concede that "percentage points" are used to clear up ambiguity in those types of situations...it's just that there were no ambiguity so a clarification is not needed. We weren't even talking about percent change...just difference.

I've only given blood once, was in High School; couple questions asked were if I had (as a male) had sex with another male in my lifetime and/or if I had sex with a female who had previously had sex with a male who in turn had sex with another man in his lifetime.
