Hard to say. S1M accumulated nearly all of his on panel feats while he was markedly weakened, due to not being under the light of the Super Sun. However, if he really is "faster than a speeding tachyon", then that makes him FTL--and if he is FTL, then he can do well against Zoom.

superman 1M doesnt have speed feats to support this claim, he needed in the 1 million arc some device to build up speed as i remember, but overall there is only a statement of him being FTL but no backing up so i will give it to zoom.
