No the electric magick is fine, as long as its not too powerful.

bio-he was born in vilage near dragons where he found out he had the magick to control his blood into scales and at the school he learned to push it one step further to turn the scales into wepones wile he just graduated he found out he was starting a quest not being that intrested in meting evreyone else he just shows up when they sart the quest
