Stephanie as Batgirl is more experienced (Training from Tim, and then Batman, and of course Cassandra), she's really clever, and her trick batarangs are pretty impressive.
In her last story arc, she took down a series of power armor users with abilities like superspeed and sonic attacks, one after another.
