she arrives during the alien Invasion her best chance of tracking and killing Captain America while his team are pre occupied fighting the aliens.

she has taken the side arm of a cop and kills the cop as she makes her way toward Captain America who managed to see her kill the cop from his peripheral.

Movie versions right? Well Cap does have healing powers (not seen them in action, but he said he does lol).

And I remember Arny smacking T-X around a lot, so I don't see why Cap couldn't. And his Shield should defend him against any of her lethal attacks/shots and may just decapitate her.

if its during the alien invasion then Cap calls Thor or Hulk to take care of the T-X for him
