How far do they start apart? I'm thinking Hulk's win in a forum mainly because of WBH and Zombie Hulk. Rulk would be a problem too because of his absorption abilities.

In a comic, the fight will depend on the writer. Pak wouldn't have WBH lose along with all those other Hulks. Also Loeb will probably have Rulk absorb the hell out of RKT or just have the Loeb force.
