Is Batman Forver part of the same series?

You know Tim Burton's Batman film? Are Batman Forever & Batman & Robin part of the same Batman series as the Tim Burton Batman film from 1989? Or is Batman forever a re-boot? If it is the same series then how come a lot of the cast are differnt like the Joker's different & Batman's different, etc. So in other words, are Batman forever & Batman & Robin sequels to the Tim Burton film or not? Any help would be aprecated.
Thanks!

Please reply if you know the answer!

Far as i know they were sequels and Tim Burton was a producer on Forever

What do you mean? Did the joker have any appearances did he?

Take in mind that I've never really seen any of them. I think I've seen forever once a long time ago, but still..

While not technically being "Joker", Jack Napier appeared twice in the first film series.

The 1st time was obviously in Batman 1989:

The 2nd time was less notably in Batman Forever:
