St. Andrews Cinema in Columbia, SC
Last night, my girlfriend and her daughter had " attempted" to take me to a see the new Zac Efron movie. Everything was fine until we noticed that we were given the wrong tickets. We told management about the discrepancy and the ticket rep went ballistic. No sense of empathy or sign of being apologetic. Next, the manager came out and started pointing his finger at my girlfriend. She asked for a refund and they had taken their time giving the money back.
I told the manager to step back away from my girlfriend and he became more irate. My girlfriend wanted to speak with the owner regarding this poor level of "customer service" that we had to endure just wanting to enjoy a simple night out. A full refund was rendered in addition to more derogatory and taunting comments from the staff such as " when you talk to the owner, mention my name".
I was extremely appalled by the rude treatment we were given by these individuals. If you're ever in Columbia, SC, DO NOT take your family or friends to this theatre. The St. Andrews Cinema ($2.00 theatre).
