Batman vs Spiderman

Strictly H2H no weopens , Spiderman cant use his webs and his strength and speed has been reduced to batmans at the same level, but however he still has his spidersense.. who takes this how and why?

His acrobatics are part of his speed and jumping is a feat of power.

You've already made their strength and speed equal, so it would be purely decided by the better martial artist. Do you really believe Spider-man is in be in the same league with Batman in martial arts skill?

Batman in both. Spider-Man would crusn Batman, but without his huge edges in strenght, speed and general toughness, he don't have the skill set to compete with Wayne.
