Why do I have a feeling that this the repeat of what Magus(w/ an incomplete IG) did to Quasar(w/ the Nullifier) ?

Heck, in the Quasar book interpretation,
the Magus's stronghold was completely blanketed by the Nullification sphere Quasar released,
and not only was the Magus not affect in the slightest,
but with a thought controlled the nullification energies of the UN.
