If it was pre-Johns Sinestro, I'd agree, but he has had a big push, since Johns took over.

Tangent SuperMan was a beast.

Zemo tips it in team Thor's favor imo.

Zemo's too hax. The only character on team 1 who *might* (no guarantees) be beyond his time-stop abilities, is Zoom.

Team Thor wins.

Zemo was drafted directly to counter Zoom transgression, and vice-versa

Professor Zoom (Eobard Thawne) didn't exist outside the 'normal' timestream, though. Granted, he had the ability to time travel, but he did so within mainstream time.

Hunter Zolomon is the version of Zoom who existed outside the timestream.

Zemo also operates within the timestream, it becomes an interesting toss up.

Then you have Thawne harnessing that wicked NSF. So even if time-hax is neutralized, they both have a herald class powerset match each other.
