Captain America vs Black Wind

Tai Darshan, a meta from the Batgirl comics that harnesses wind power to enhance his stats. Can also use wind offensively, but usually didn't against streets.

He's a metahuman who's also good at martial arts.

Thanks to his powers he was able to handle Cassandra Cain pretty easily, so he should beat Capt too.

Is there anymore pics?

Plus, he also handled a Batgirl and Batman double team.
