Vs Thors God Blast

Out of both Marvel and Dc which people under Herald, High Herald, Transtier, and high Transtier only have produced a blast more powerful than Thors GB. You can rank them or place them in any order as you wish, and elaborate on it if you like.

At least a handful of Trans characters, probably quite a few total. Not too many heralds though, if any. Thor's already near the class of his tier, and the godblast is rather explicitly beyond his pay grade, so to speak, in the power level department.

There's maybe a few who come close in the herald, not including temporary upgrades or tech-related enhancements. But none I can think of off-hand.
