Brothers vs Brothers CIS/CIP OFF battle

Thor/Beta Ray Bill

vs

Captain Marvel/Black Adam

Pre-Reboot versions.

No bfring and no soul sucking. Straight up power vs power battle.

Who wins? Both teams out for blood but not fighting stupid to decapitate the other team.

CIS off I'd give the majority to Thor/BRB

Bladam decapitates everyone, including Billy.

Thor and BRB heavily. Taking CIS/CIP off benefits them the most.
