Non Cosmic Anime

What Anime character that resides on Earth...non cosmic, can survive a single punch from an enraged World Breaker Hulk?

The same Hulk who got destroyed by a town-busting satellite beam?

Let's see... All Genin+ level character from Naruto, all shit tier Hollow+ from Bleach, all pirates with a bounty over 1,000 berries, any C+ mage, Alucard, D, Femto and the other God hands, etc.

What Naruto character has ever shown the durability to be punched by the hulk? Jiraiya almost died by being beat down by Tsunade. So far she has been the pinnacle of pure strength that I can remember. Do you honestly think that she is stronger than Hulk? Come on now.

I don't know much about one piece, but Luffy pretty much has a rubber body. He might be able handle a punch.

What does that have to do with how strong he is?

From what I've heard World Breaker Hulk is above planet-busting. Hulk has punched a asteroid to pieces that was 2 times the size of Earth at base and when he got really pissed in World War Hulk (stated to be angrier than he's ever been) his mere footsteps sunk the East Coast.

So basically a logia and a few of the more powerful beings in anime.

Probably any character with physical invulnerability such as logias, many of them cannot be considered cosmic level in any case.

Post-Schrodinger Alucard (And Schrodinger himself, for that matter) could, but dun know if they would be considered cosmic or not, what with the whole quantum physics thing

World Breaker was able to disintegrate a planet with the shockwave from his collision with Red Shulk. So while the feat is kinda shared, it's still >Planet Busting. The Eastern Sea-board feat was from a weaker version.

Effect Veiler literally believes all Naruto characters move nearlightspeed, lightspeed, or above lightspeed.

Despite us, y'know, seeing stuff like gravity happening during fights, characters not being flung into the sun by their raw speed, actually being turned into lightning is something considered *incredibly* fast (and which only 3 people can survive), and the fact that by extension it'd give us relativistic tigers and civilians.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't one of Pain's bodies (the reflector, IIRC) have an ability that could only be used every 5 seconds or so? I seem to remember several characters only being able to launch single attacks in that time frame, and were often still too slow to hit Pain before he could use the ability again?

Yes. And here we can see Naruto take 2 seconds to move a few meters to reach Pain. If Naruto was really lightspeed he could have run up and punched Pain about a thousand times in that.... time.

I remember it destroying the planet, one moon and cracking apart another more distant one (or planet). Umar later said dimension they broke her realm, but that could just mean the part she had her palace in.
