Iron Man vs Thanos

This is the situation IM is at his best and peak and has a special armour like the Thor and Hulk buster called the Thanos buster.. He fights against Thanos at his best without HOTU & IG. Who wins in the following how and why?

1. H2H
2. All out battle both can use their other / exotic powers and abilities .

Well, if his armor is called "Thanosbuster" he must win.

Spite. Thanos stomps regardless of the scenario.

Don't make what if battles, you can't intelligently argue them

^^ ok then I will just say this armour is very durable etc similar to the hulk, Thor buster etc or basically his best and most durable suit in comics ever to simplify it.. So basically IM at his peak etc

Iron Man's peak suit was the Excalibur one, iirc.

Actually the Thanos buster Armour was forged from Celestial Tech and is as powerful as Michael Korvac at channelling cosmic Energy. I don't see Thanos taking this at all. DON'T U KNOW THANOS BUSTER armour!
