Thanos decisively.

Even in a purely physical confrontation, and if we assume that pure strength wise Yat is stronger than Thanos, Thanos' stamina and durability is going to enable him to tank Yat for a long time and simply outlast him. That's without factoring in his matter and energy projection, shielding, telepathy, and whatnot.

Thanos. Durability (his own + shields), strength, and his intelligence will get him the win. Every time.
