Phoenix (Marvel) vs The Birds of Prey(DC)...mismatch?

If Dark Phoenix were to fight all members of the birds of Prey which include:

Huntress
Black Canary
Lady Blackhawk
Dove
Big Barda
Black Alice
Catwoman
Katana
Lady Shiva
Gypsy
Hawkgirl
Judomaster
Power Girl
Vixen
Manhunter
Misfit
Black Orchid
Starling
Poison Ivy
Batgirl

Would this be a mismatch for one side or the other?

Black Alice is the only one with a chance in hell of giving the Phoenix a fight, and that's only if she copies someone mega-powerful.

I agree with Alice, I figured maybe the numbers would help the Birds too.
