These two teams are unaware of each other and that they are on the same mission when they run into each other fight first and ask questions later.

Even Snake Eyes

Snake Eyes is the Joes only hope.

And with the others being sniped dead via Hawkeye he will be drawn out to defend his friends, only to be blown apart himself.

Hawkeye is too much.

Snake Eyes and Cap would be interesting though.
