The possibility is enough to get me excited. Considering Fillion is good friends with both James Gunn and Joss Whedon, I'd say there's a good chance.

I haven't heard any comments yet on the look of the Nova Corps. Obviously they've gone the opposite of the Green Lantern movie. It's real material; fatigues, breastplate and helmet. I'd like to see the higher ranking officers wearing gold tinted armour; this just might be a regular corpsman.

I heard that guy just kind of turned up on set with his home-made costume to show everybody, and they decided to just go with it. He didn't even work there they don't know who he is.
