My reasoning is the Eternals are a subset of humanity.

What distinguishes the mutants is the X-gene. Mystique and Sabretooth had a son named Graydon Creed, but he doesn't have the X-gene. We can't say mutants aren't human if they breed humans.

The Eternals were humans experimented on by the Celestials. They may be more than that (just like the Mutants, Inhumans, and Mutates), but they are still human.

It's been clarified, that's Death and Entropy on the top, Eternity and Infinity on the bottom. Two sets of opposite powers; one for death and the other for life.

Congrats on the film's Oscar nominations for Visual Effects and Makeup. I think it's the odds on favourite to win both.
