If Spiral could do to Ikaris what she did to Magneto, she should win this pretty easily.

if you're referring to depowering him she needed his consent. she's a beast, but i'd think ikaris is above her pay grade most of the time.

Spiral 6/10. she has crazy feats. Her magic even affected juggy, photon, etc...

Ikaris, he can amp at will and he does have matter manipulation! If she has resistance towards matter manipulation then she has a shot
