1. Classic Cable (held back by having to focus too much on the techn-organic virus infection in his body) X-Man, God-cable, or Strife would be a different story.

2. Deathlok was always portrayed as low-mid tier. The few feats I remember from him put above street-level, but not far about it. Definitely below the likes of IM

War Machine is below IM, don't know much about DH2
