Event Significance
A true event should have a significant threat or other significance beyond everyday issues

Conceptual Quality
Even if it wasn’t executed perfectly, the idea/potential of the story was excellent

Reading Enjoyment
Because really, nothing else matters

^ I would rank COIE at the top or near the top of the first two categories, but personally I found it a bit...unengaging to read.

Yeah it drags a little in the middle but no event can even touch the epicness, the grandiose and THE impact it had on DC. "Worlds lived, Worlds died and nothing will be the same ever again".

For sure. It's unquestionably the most epic and significant event ever.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST
Fear Itself (this sh|t overtook Chaos War as Marvel's most epic fail)
Chaos War (total garbage)

I liked civil war A LOT. Siege, chaos war and fear itself were all terrible.

I liked the Tie-Ins to Secret Invasion, I mean it gave us the God Squad.

It's hard to beat the scope of COIE, so that is my favorite. Infinity Gauntlet is a close second and Blackest Night deserves to get mentioned. I actually liked Infinite Crisis as well.
