Fully powered Kuurth vs pf Colossus

Serpent + Cyttorak Cain vs Phoenix + Cyttorak Colossus.

Another question, Can pete still go to his demon mode with the PF inside him?

Colossus, with ease.

i have always wondered, do the powers stack?

Is Kuurth =human + asgardian god + 1/8? of Cyttorak's power? not sure about the number a normal avatar operates at.

Colossus=low end cl 100 mutant + Cyttorak's power + 1/5 of the pf

I think its a stalemate.
