It's been a while since I've read watchmen but it really is a shame the rest of the heroes in that universe were untrained and out of shape for the most part. Ozy catching a bullet was fairly impressive and he would probably hold his own against many heroes, but there just isn't enough evidence to say he wins these fights. The Watchmen were never meant for battle board scenarios.
