Legion vs The Doctor

Legion takes on the Doctor of the Authority.

Who wins?

Legion!!

I'd take Doctor. Especially if it's his most powerful version,.

Is the Doctor resistant to telepathy? I mean Legion's got powers up the wazoo in addition to his reality warping. Extremely strong TP being one of them.

Did you read Digi's last post on Doctor? He can pretty much do anything, including giving himself TP/Resistance.
