Thunder and lightning are Zeus' forte, that't the only reason why Hulk couldn't/didn't kill him (he crunched the numbers, and used his Gammasense to work out all the variables). So in THAT case, no, Hulk can't harm mighty Zeus. But Odin, however, doesn't use storms....so Hulk wins.
