Asteroid vs Earth(s)

Let's just say that the asteroid that hit Earth when the dinos were around smashed into Marvel Earth, DC Earth, and DCNU Earth. All the same effects it would have caused are allowed to happen for a full day before any interference (earthquakes, tsunamis, firestorms, sandstorms, etc).

There is no stopping it, and the impact zone doesn't immediately threaten the safety of any heroes/villians. No Skyfather or above characters. No evacuation.

Only characters usually on Earth allowed.

1) Normal Earth(s)
2) No matter manipulation, time manipulation, or reality manipulation

What happens to each planet?

They are all saved.

If all the bad shit is happening for one full day, there's going to be a lot of causalities, in the forms of both super-powered beings and civilians.

Surfer fixes both Earths whilst monologuing about how wonderful it felt to be caught up in an extinction level event.

Not sure how Surfer fixes both Earths without matter manipulation.

Hmm. DcNU, The Authority could try BFRing it into the Bleed.

Marvel, Thor gets taken out by it - which gives Reed enough time to shoot it.

DC, GLs save us.

He uses the Earth's "bio spheric energies", Surfer's evolved a planet before, and can muck about with those energies so why not?

That or he just goes about accelerating the evolution of individual species by messing with their dna (cellular and molecular intervention, not necessarily matter manipulation).
