Is GT canon?

So, I'm STILL arguing with this guy over whether or not GT is canon. What do you guys think?

It's canon to GT at least.

It's definitely not manga canon.

Toriyama had nothing to do with it and doesn't claim it. I wouldn't call it canon.

It is not canon to reality, no. It's just a game.

It is 100% not canon, in some ways, the Boo Saga is also not canon (Toriyama made it in protest and when Kai was made they dropped the Arc and ended the series with the Cell Games, which was the ending that Toriyama wanted), but at least it was in the manga.
