How powerful would he/she be?

As powerful as the writers wanted, I'd imagine.

In theory, assuming a child was possible and mystical constructs/golems in the form of Diana could reproduce with Kryptonians such as Kal, the offspring should be tough.

See The Kingdom. Their child would have control over Hypertime for some reason.

Yea, if she had Kal's kryptonian powers and Diana's blessings, then she should be in the realm of 2x as powerful, with definitely no magic weakness.
