Hmm I dunno who this ZeedMillennium is...but he better be one tough fella if he hopes to take on PC Superman.

ZeedMillenniummon’s Feats

He defeated two other Multiversals, ENIAC (The first Multiversial, which it’s the entity from which every Universe in the Digital World originally, spawned, and is present in every Digital Universe) and ABC, who governed the digital world. Also, ENIAC and ABC are Supercomputers.

ZeedMillenniummon exists in all points of space and time (Basically he’s Omnipresent)and is pretty much a transcendental begin.

ZeedMillenniummon can wipe out universes in a single attack

He conquered the past, present and future, he could alter history at his whim (which caused entire time-lines to deteriorate), governed all space and time and he would've been able to reformat the entire Multiverse if he would have taken out ABC - and he did this while depowered by the data chain.

There a Fractal Code that seal his Full Power. If it ever released, Everything is destroyed, Timlines, Universes, space, mere existence will end, and only he will remain. (Yup, he a Multiverse Destroyer)

Time Destroyer: Consigns hostile opponents to the gulf beyond space and time. So far, no one who has been brushed off by this technique has returned from between space and time.

Chrono Paradox: Fires two atomic rays out of his mouths that destroy everything in their way and can destroy a whole universe in a single shot.

Fallen Hell: Makes a dark portal which pulls everything around him into a "chaos world" and putting the whole universe into total darkness

ZeedMillenniumon wins in the first scenario. Now I'm unsure of what you mean by "Cosmic Superman", but if you're referring to the Monitor-armor, then ZeedMillenniumon has no chance.

There's nothing specifying multiversal destruction. ZeedMillenniumon is clearly not all that. I'm not sure what games you've been playing, but they were clearly not Digimon related.

This wasn't a spite thread but simply a research one. I wanted to know the strongest non omnipotent being that Zeed could beat. Since all the hyped of superman I thought I would use him. I guess he was just not strong enough

Zeed isn't a multiverse buster. Not even a universe/galaxy buster iirc. Superman would still probably lose to him, but Prime or Prime one million would eat the Digi-verse.
