Assuming Emp at her latest, most-competent.
If Deadpool gets into melee he wins, and if he dodges her blasts he wins, but if he gets taken off guard or distracted, she can put him down for quite awhile with those plasma bolts. He is prone to distraction.
So, 8/10 for Wade.
