Is the Sword of Omens, for all intents and purposes, unbreakable? Or does it have the showings to suggest it being able to resist Harada's tachyon field gimmick?

Yeah, its pretty much like Adamantine.

Samurai is a better fighter so unless Lion-o is packing some serious stat advantage, i'm going with harada.

There is an episode when Mum Rah got Excalibur and defeated the Sword of Omens.

Lion-O could just seat back and let the sword of Omens do all the work.

Any feats by Lion-O? Speed, strength, sword feats, etc...?

There's a pretty insane strength difference here...

Lion O not only matched Panthro, who THREW THE THUNDERTANK, but he pulled a space ship out of the sky to the ground.

SS tries to block Lion O's attack, and if the sword doesn't break, he loses his arms.

It broke on two occasions.

Once, when Lion O mistook Tigra for an attacker, and the sword broke in response to being used against a clean spirit. The second time, was against Grune the Destroyer, where it was shattered outright.

But there's far more showings where it cuts through all kinds of material, from stone to armored metals, and also deflects all sorts of attacks. A giant robot stepping on it point first couldn't break it.
