He's never been in the situation where it was a possibility... but that doesn't mean he can't, I mean... t that's how the PS works. Give me one viable reason that he couldn't?
What abilities has Etrigan tanked similar to the PS? Usually people try and say the PS wont work because Etrigan doesn't feel remorse or guilt over the things he has done... but its will established that the PS works on sociopaths and psychopaths. Lobo is irrelevant. If the stare doesn't work on him (unlikely) GR can just BFR him.

His Space Hog can teleport, so BFR Lobo isn't easy. And Infinity Man has failed to get out of a Doom Tube, I believe. Once when Darky sent him there.
Etrigan resited a similar attack against Bloodwynd, who has a similar attack to Ghost Rider.
The last time I saw GR using the stare it failed. In the crossover when Matt turned evil by that spirit.
