Midnighter is quite easily one of the fastest opponents Rand has ever gone up against. He's taken down speedsters that other speedsters have had trouble with.

MNer gets hit by streets all the time.

MN is, at best, as fast as Danny. He doesn't heal as quickly and he doesn't hit as hard. Mn basically has combat precog, but Danny is skilled enough to fight against someone who knows his every move and has literally proven it over and over. On top of that is the versatility of the ironist in aoe, cutting and ranged attacks. Danny's not losing a majority anyway I see it.

When was the last time IF used such an attack on someone? How big was the attack? Midnighter could use the door or simply jump over it like he recently did to a huge monster Stormwatch was fighting.

The obvious example of someone slower than Danny hitting someone faster, is Slade vs Flash, but Spidey's also tagged Speed Demon and Quicksilver, and he's nowhere near as quick..

Val Armorr, he's been tagged by Batman and other streets. He's also tagged, and avoided hits from, Flash level speedsters. AND, Val has his own speed feats, that prove he's closer to a Flash in reaction and combat speeds, than he is to Batman.

Does MN have comparable speed feats to Danny, outside of tagging speedsters?

Like I said, I nuMN hasn't racked up a ton of feats yet.

Old MN bullet-timed, blitzed people and once kicked a tank round out of mid-air. So yeah, he's up there.
