Team Owlman vs. Team Black Panther

Owlman
Batman
Deathstroke
Bane
Nightwing
Conner Hawke

Vs

Black Panther
Captain America
Winter Soldier
Hawkeye
Moonknight
Daredevil

Team Panther

Team 2

I'm going with Team 1 they got the edge with Deathstroke and Batman

^how? Is batman at the top?

Cap >or= Slade
Batman >=Bucky
DD>Nightwing
Hawkeye>Connor
T'challa>Bane
Owlman>Or=Moonknight

^Cap is not equal to Deathstroke at all. Maybe when he starts beating Spider-man consistently he'll be up there with Slade but not now.

Everything else is about right

My fights would look like this:

Owlman vs Winter Soldier= Toss up.
Deathstroke vs Cap= Slade, depending on which version.
Bane vs Panther= Bane
Batman vs Daredevi= Batman
Hawkeye vs Connor=Connor
Nightwing vs Moon Knight= MK

So, edge to DC.
