Beast was jumping 20-30 feet no problem, and was knocking people out/sending them flying with his acrobatic assaults. He's also a lot faster than Bane and has claws and teeth, as well as durability to go with that.
As for comic Beast, one of his best feats is restraining a raging She-Hulk for a bit, he also took down a Danger Drone(Cat Beast). Ripped it apart like a chew toy.
