Bane vs. Green Goblin (movie versions)

Scenario 1: Bane in The Bat flyer (he knows how to fly it perfectly), Goblin on his glider with the usual assortment of weapons (no vaporizer pumpkin bomb though)

Scenario 2: H2h close quarters.

Who wins?

1) Probably the Goblin

2) Goblin stomps

this is bane's first loss

He was in a thread against Ozymandias as well, who murks him.

But yeah, Bane isn't likely to beat Goblin on the glider, and he has absolutely no chance in h2h.
