Nebulos vs Zom

Both made enemies of the Living Tribunal. Who would win between Nebulos and an unbound Zom in a regular encounter?

Nebulos is the guy on the right for those who don't know.

The Living Tribunal struggled to pull the Staff of Polar Power out of Nebulos's hand, whereas he winked away Zom. The staff also absorbs evil mystical energy... which is pretty much what Zom is.
