Ozy has the speed, Cap has the skill. Both are near equals in terms of strength. Neither have huge advantages over the other, but Cap has the heart to win a slight majority. Maybe.

Daredevil also scaled buildings with immense superhuman Jumps.

Comic Watchmen lose badfly.

Movie versions much more even but Marvel still got an edge.

Movie version: If Cap fight Ozy, they can win. Ozy was a MONSTER.
But so was Cap, Ray Stevenson's Punisher (The mother****er punch through a head!) and DareDevil (despite being played by Ben Affleck, who wasn't that bad, he was able to escape bullets, which is insane).
Going with Marvel, if Cap beat Ozy. Otherwise, maybe Ozy can clinch it for his team

Movie Cap would still win. And the rest of Watchmen's streets are practically jokes in comparison to Marvel's.

Movie Cap's durability is way to high for Ozy to have a real chance, he took punches from a guy that could dent metal, a laser blast that could knock Ironman back or send him flying(when hit with 2 in a row)and punches from Loki

He also no sold landing on a car and crushing it's roof.

Marvel beats the crap out of the Watchmen in h2h.

With weapons and standard gear its a rape fest.

With weapons, Widow/Punisher would just shoot everyone
