It wasn't Susano'o that blocked that, rather it was the Yata No Kagami shield, which can deflect any attack that did it. A skeletal Susano'o can't block a mountain busting attack, which is why Tsunade does not, in fact, have mountain level strength.

In my experience mountains aren't very strong at all. I can lift a rock off them and they can't do squat about it!

Seeing as Neph only brought up the Yata Mirror, Q99 gave a witty response, and I'm currently bored out of my ass, I'll destroy your argument.

a) Firstly, this is not a mountain, but a large hill. Secondly, it was never completely destroyed by Kirin. Kirin is large town-busting level, which is far below mountain-busting.

b) We don't know what form Itachi's Susano'o was in when it survived Kirin. As Nephthys pointed out, Itachi's Susano'o also has the Yata no Kagami, which can stop any attack.

c) You're equating the defensive durability of Itachi's Susano'o to that of Madara's Susano'o in its rib-cage version. Unless Itachi's Susano'o was in its rib-cage version when he used it to defend against Kirin, of which there is no proof, equating their durability is illogical.
In fact, no proof exists to show the Susano'o of two different users would both have the same durability if they were in the same forms. However, there's proof that they'd have a differing level of durability.
Sasuke's rib-cage Susano'o is broken by one of A's strikes. Madara's rjb-cage Susano'o on the other hand was capable of outright stopping A's strike without getting cracked.

d) Even if Itachi's Susano'o and Madara's Susano'o had the same durability, it would matter little. Kirin is implied to havecompletely destroyed Itachi's Susano'o.
Before Tsunade could break through, but not completely destroy, Madara's Susano'o, it was weakened by Tsunade's Punch, and a high level Suiton Jutsu.

So no, Tsunade does not have Mountain-level strength. Unless she likes to shit in her pants regularly, Madara slashing two Mountains with Susano'o scared the shit out of her because she could never do that kind of damage.

The yata no kagami reflects attacks so kirin should have been thrown back up. He cannot manifest final susano fast enough the fastest he could was a full skeletal susanoo with some skin starting to grow like sasuke.

a) No, it isn't. It's a large hill. It's been scaled at 900m high or so. That's quite below Mountain-level height, therefore its volume & mass, which is what we would look at, is far below that of a mountain's.

She is probably at building-block to multi-block level based on what A & B can do with Lariat. The Hachibi itself is just at multi-block level when it comes to physical strength, based on it bi***-slapping away the 5-Tailed Beast. That is much lower than Kirin's Destructive Capacity.

a) Here you can see that the lower base of the hill isn't destroyed, and there are huge rocks left lying about. Most of it was destroyed though.

b) Same way Orochimaru's Snakes were not thrown back to where they came from.
Doesn't matter if it is Sasuke with his EMS or not. Besides, before he got Itachi's eyes, Sasuke only used the armored Susano'o once, for a couple of seconds or so.
The point is that they can create Susano'o in any form they want, and the activation speed won't drop, unless they actually go through the process of showing the skin etc. forming.

Okay that sounded stupid ill admit that i created this sloppy thread out of boredom and the fact that people told me to move on from my last thread.

Oh and I would advise you that you might not want to read one piece. You see you have probably heard alot of stuff about it and that alone spoils much of the story. Then you have to take into account that the first 60 or 70 chapters of the manga are AGONIZINGLY BORING. It doesn't help that you are constantly going through chapters and therefore killing the anticipation or mystery. On top of it all you will go fast for sure cuz you will be looking for all the hype around one piece which trust me does not start for a while.
And the fights are uhhh this is how it goes
-they go to a island
-they find someone they want to recruit
-they hear there sob story
-luffy fights the main bad guy ruining he or she's life
-luffy starts losing
-luffy starts spouting out his lack luster and very annoying beliefs
-beats the bad guy with basically the same thing that wasn't working before most of the time

Oh and if itachi did use the yata mirror than susanoo should not have been destroyed. So I do not think he used it... just putting that out there after reading the thread out of boredom.
