Monitors created the Orrery of Worlds-- a tech-like 'prison' which houses/contains the entire multiverse.
A Monitor created the Cosmic Armor.
Monitors can recreate entire universes, and correct time anomalies as well.
Monitor shielding can tank universe-busting explosions at ground zero.
Etc.
