Unless there is a pic of Colossus lying on the ground unconscious, there was no KO.
Now,......... if you read X-Men vs Hulk.... Colossus (regular Colossus) DID KO Hulk and then throw him like a mile... long before he took the Juggs mantle or Phoenix juice.

It's a fair point though, he punched Colossus who did look hurt and wasn't seen again until after Gladiator had time to save Warbird and fight Cyclops.
