Kinda. Talia goes 50/50 on any throwdown with comic Catwoman, who's extremely better than TDKR-Cat. Her swordplay and knife use is almost on-par with her dad's who's almost as good as Batman. She dices Spider-Field here to ribbons.

Giving Talia her comic feats is unfair.

Re-read the rules, haven't changed, Broseph. It's movie feats only. So all Talia has to her name is pretending to be the victim, stabbin' a mo'fo, crashing a truck that's getting shot the hell up, and noticing when lights go out, to name a few. I do mean, few.

Well keep in mind I started this in other location and it was moved. Probably mistake for not starting it here.

Well the combo of Spidey beating these guys into giving the info and Tony flying the bomb to safety means win for the Marvelites.
The risk of the bomb going off is enough for any Marvel hero to resort to extreme measures minus murder.

The radius of the bomb (I think) was 4 miles? Don't quote me on that cause I could be wrong, either way I'm sure spiderman would be able to throw it pretty far but not far enough, Iron Man would have the strength plus speed to get it far away and be able to get away himself. In Avengers he managed to easily fly a nuke headed for NYC right into that portal and I don't think he had that long to do it either.

Aside from that, Spider-Field used his cellphone alot. I'm going with:

At the first sign of danger, he flat out calls Iron Man. Asks him to locate the bomb. For shits and giggles, he fights Catwoman, calls Gwen to tell her nothing is going on. Becomes friends with Batman and adds his number to his contacts. By then Tony shot that shit to the moon somehow. Bats and Spidey team up to mop the floor with Bane and Talia.

Interesting take but how would it go under the rules?

He has a hard time finding Tony's number from the huge contact list he has. Tracks down Catwoman has an awkward time getting her number, then he calls Gwen. Has a tough time convinging Batman he's a good guy and that he uses Bing. Takes on Bane and Talia, dispatches them, then has a hard time getting the eggs for Aunt May due to a stab wound.
