McClane vs. Bane's Nakatomi

Inspired by the other thread.

Bane takes the role of leader of the mercenaries. Everything else is the same. Can McClane stop Bane?

Same as before. Bane doesn't use guns.

And can't outsmart McClane as pretending to be a civilian.
Due to the mask and all.

He still has his mercs. Can't he use his supposed tactical genius?

Genius isn't a factor. The safe still required time to brake through.
McClane is still killing professionals. He has shown the ability to fight ninjas.
Cops have surrounded the building. Talia isn't there to prime a nuke.

Die Hard 1 all over again cept Bane ain't pretending to be a civilian mid film.
He gets shot in the head unless he stays amongst the captives.
